Yester year actress Sridevi is all set to make her comeback with ‘English Vinglish’.. After a long break of 14 years, the 49 year old recently launched the first trailer of the movie and we must say it looks quite interesting.
Directed by Gauri Shinde, ‘English Vinglish’ is all set to release in India in three languages including Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The film will hit the screens on October 5, 2012.
As the trailer shows, Sridevi plays the character of a housewife in the movie and her husband and children always makes fun of her spoken and broken English. But the humiliation becomes out of acceptance when her Husband makes fun of her saying “My wife was born to make laddoos”
Thereafter, her niece motivates her to learn English. After that, she makes a call to an English Tuition centre in New York City. The story then moves ahead as to how she learns English and makes her husband happy.
Interestingly according to insiders, Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan will also be seen in a guest appearance in “English Vinglish”. So will Sridevi deliver a hit with ‘english vinglish’ or will she not..
