Bollywood actor Aamir Khan in his second last episode of ‘Satyamev Jayate’ spoke about water conservation in his chat show.
To start with Aamir Khan first gave some basic information about the severe shortage of water in certain areas of India. Then he chatted with water conservation activist and environmentalist, Anupama Mishra who stated some tough facts about the problems connected to the water shortage.
The actor then spoke about how industrialization happening around rivers is having an adverse effect on the water resources and how it is ultimately affecting us. The show concluded with some discussion on immediate measurements that need to be taken by one and all to save water.
Nevertheless, we hope Aamir’s this episode on water conservation brings about some change in the minds of the government officials as well as the citizens like he did for female foectide.
