Anurag Kashyap’s Gangs of Wasseypur received critical acclaim after its release. For those who are eagerly waiting for the second part of the 5 hour long film, the first trailer of the second part is out.
While the first part of GOW was more about Sardar Khan (Manoj Bajpayee) and his evil ways, the focus shifts entirely to Faizal Khan (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) in part 2 after the Sardar’s character makes an exit in the first installment. Part 2 will be releasing on August 8 2012.
The trailer starts with Mohsina (Huma Quereshi) and Faizal Khan (Nawazudsin Siddique) sharing a filmy conversation. The unusual pairing of the two and the sizzling chemistry they share in the first part gets more footage in the second.
Apart from being steamy at points, the trailer is the usual gunfest introducing the new characters of the GOW – Part 2 and establishing its antihero Faizal Khan, a role tailor-made for the versatile Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
