Audience at the 57th Filmfare Awards were left in splits as hosts Ranbir Kapoor and Shah Rukh Khan made some really funny spoofs.
The audience burst into laughter when SRK dressed as Chikni Chameli and Ranbir as Silk Smitha graced the stage.
Hosts SRK and Ranbhir Kapoor were seen dressed up as item girls on the stage. ‘Chikni’ and ‘Silk’ also called on the leading ladies of Bollywood- Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Vidya Balan and Rekha to do a jig with them.
Chikni Chameli and Silk Smitha also tried to match up steps with the Dancing Queen of Bollywood- Madhuri Dixit.
In fact, Ranbir Kapoor received his best actor award for Rockstar in the same getup from his sisters Karishma and Kareena Kapoor.
Neverthless, the FilmFare Awards this year promises to be an entertaining one.. After all it is one of the most prestigious and oldest Films awards and quite aptly known as Oscar Awards of the Bollywood cinema. The 57th Idea Filmfare Awards this year will be aired on 19th of February , 2012
